Eric Lisica has lived in Maryland his entire life. At 40 years old, he currently resides in Severn with his wife and two daughters in Anne Arundel County, and has been a licensed real estate professional for over 15 years.
Eric founded Ace Properties to give Maryland families a better experience when selling a home. An experience built on real options, honest advice, and no pressure. Lately, he’s been especially focused on helping families navigate inherited properties and probate, because he’s seen firsthand how overwhelming that process can be when you’re already dealing with so much.
